In addition, our individual bungees are made from silicone tubing which has in excess of five times greater elasticity than ‘shock cord’ which is used by most other suppliers. This contributes to a smoother, less jarring motion and flow when performing exercises and won’t inhibit optimal resistance training. 1. FREE BUNGEE CLASS | We supply to a number of gyms and studios and will book you on to the closest bungee fitness class to you so you can get a feel for what all the fuss is about.

2. FREE LOCATION CHECK | Not all gyms and studios are the same, so the attachment point for your bungee might need some specific engineering requirements. We have the knowledge and experience to understand exactly what your requirements will be. We can arrange a site visit or a virtual meeting to view your location.

3. BOOK YOUR TRAINING | We run regular instructor training courses throughout the year through our in-house lead bungee instructor or through Jane Cole at Pole Perfect Fitness who is the industries leading instructor for bungee fitness.
