  • Warranty and Returns – Bungee Fitness Equipment

    At Active Engineering Systems (AES), we pride ourselves on the quality and safety of our bungee fitness equipment. Please review the following terms regarding warranty and returns:

    12-Month Warranty

    All AES bungee fitness products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Faulty materials

    • Workmanship issues

    If a fault develops within this period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Please note that evidence of the fault and proof of purchase will be required.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications

    • General wear and tear from regular use

    • Damage resulting from use outside the intended purpose or product guidelines

    Returns Policy

    We accept returns for unused bungee fitness equipment within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition

    • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt

    Due to the nature of bungee fitness activities and for hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    At Active Engineering Systems (AES), we are committed to providing high-quality and durable fitness equipment. The following terms outline our warranty and returns policy for the AST Suspension Trainer range:

    12-Month Warranty

    All AST Suspension Trainers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Faulty components

    • Workmanship issues

    Should a fault occur within the warranty period due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Proof of purchase and evidence of the fault will be required to process a warranty claim.

    The warranty excludes:

    • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper installation

    • General wear and tear from expected usage

    • Alterations or modifications made without AES authorisation

    • Damage caused by use outside of the product's intended purpose

    Returns Policy

    Returns are accepted on unused AST Suspension Trainers within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all components included

    • You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item

    Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of suspension training, AST Suspension Trainers that have been used are non-returnable.

    At Active Engineering Systems (AES), we supply a range of high-quality products from trusted third-party brands. These include SUPs, tech equipment, and other non-AES manufactured items. Please see below for our warranty and returns policy specific to these products:

    Returns Policy

    We accept returns on unused non-AES products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition

    • All original components and documentation must be included

    • You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of receipt

    Used items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty upon first use. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns of used items are not accepted unless part of a warranty process.
